Refund Policy

At Hostloom.com, we strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered and the process for requesting them.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Requests must be made within the applicable timeframes, and specific terms and conditions apply to different products and services.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the proper channels, such as our customer support portal or via email.
  • The refund process will be initiated only after the cancellation request is submitted, and verification of account ownership is completed.
  • Refunds for eligible services will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for specific services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. The following services are covered under this guarantee:

  • Shared Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases. Subsequent purchases or renewals are not eligible for refunds.
  • The guarantee does not apply to add-ons such as domain registration, SSL certificates, or third-party services.

Exclusions:

  • Domain registrations, domain renewals, and domain-related services are non-refundable.
  • SSL certificates, website security products, and other third-party services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Setup fees, administrative fees, and installation fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable, regardless of the purchase date:

  • Domain Name Registrations and Renewals
  • SSL Certificates and Security Products
  • Third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, cPanel licenses, etc.)
  • Setup or administrative fees
  • Monthly subscription plans (no refunds are issued for monthly services)

4. Refunds for Canceled Services

If you choose to cancel your services, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Refund requests for eligible services must be submitted within the applicable refund period (30 days for eligible hosting services).
  • Any service canceled after the refund period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If your service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@hostloom.com or through the customer portal.
  2. Provide your account details, including the service you wish to cancel and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If your request meets the criteria for a refund, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Hostloom.com processes refunds for eligible services within 10 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If the payment was made through a bank transfer, check, or money order, refunds may take longer to process, depending on banking policies.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated by the customer for a service that was provided, Hostloom.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and associated services until the dispute is resolved.

  • To avoid service disruption, we recommend that customers contact Hostloom.com directly with any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Hostloom.com will work with customers to resolve any disputes but reserves the right to contest chargebacks.

8. Late Payment and Non-Renewal

  • If payment for services is not received by the due date, Hostloom.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and services.
  • Any services suspended for non-payment will not be eligible for refunds, and you may be subject to reactivation fees to restore services.
  • Services terminated for non-payment after 30 days may result in permanent data loss, and Hostloom.com will not be held responsible for this.

9. Refunds for Promotional Offers

  • Promotional and discounted services are non-refundable.
  • Services purchased during promotional periods are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion, and no refunds will be provided after the promotion period ends.
